浅析基层消防中队干部的自身能力建设

基层消防中队作为与灾害事故作战的一线单位,其指挥员素质的高低直接影响着部队的整体素质和战斗力,但受社会环境和自身阅历等影响,中队干部队伍在自身能力建设上暴露出了一些问题。从基层消防中队干部任职现状出发,分析了进一步提升基层消防中队干部自身能力的对策,为基层消防中队干部适应基层、做好基层任职工作提供借鉴。

On Improving the Capabilities' of Fire Squadron Cadres

Fire Squadron as the grass- root unit fighting with disasters,the qualities of its commanders greatly affects the troops＇ overall quality and fire- fighting effectiveness directly. However,affected by the social environment,their own experience and other factors,there is a gap between squadron cadres＇ own capacity and practical needs. Taking the grassroots cadres＇ working status as the starting point,this paper analyses the strategies for enhancing their ability further to provides a reference for fire Squadron cadres adapting to the grassroots office work under the current new situation and new tasks.
