| Abstract: | The formal schooling of noncommissioned officers in public Security Frontier Forces is in the initial stage.The task is arduous and the rood ahead is long.So,we should set development as priority aiming at the long-term construction of the Forces,and build up disciplines to meet the demand of the development of the forces. We have to offer practical courses to the cadets in order that they will be competent for the future job,and improve the systems of management,supplies and services to accomplish teaching tasks. |
