| 摘 要： | 目前建筑消防设施存在问题多,使之在火灾情况下不能正常发挥作用。为此,不仅要从宏观上加强管理,走专业化维修保养制度,而且必须按要求落实建筑消防设施的维护保养,以达到控制和扑灭火灾的目的。
