| 摘 要： | 消防部队院校是向消防部队输送人才的主要基地,针对公安消防部队随时面对灾害事故的特殊工作性质,在开展消防业务教学训练过程中,引入心理素质训练方法,以达到提高学员自身综合能力和团队合作精神的目的。

| Abstract: | Fire stress management for the fire protection forces and academy is studied in this paper.According to the special characteristic of the fire protection workers to confront the hazard incident at any moment,it is necessary for fire protection academy to train the studnets about fire stress management.The purpose of the training is to improve the self ability and the team work spirits through mental training methods. |
