| 摘 要： | 根据刑事情报的诉讼价值体现与诉讼法律制度的联系,立足于公安边防刑事侦查工作实践,针对《非法证据排除规定》和《办理死刑案件证据规定》,就刑事情报与刑事证据的关系,证据适格性是情报转换证据的关键,《非法证据排除规定》中情报适格性解析几方面,对刑事情报的证据转换进行初步探讨。
