| 摘 要： | 近年来,军队院校学员队干部越来越呈现出年轻化的趋势,如何发挥其优势,做到与中年队干部优化配置,是一个值得分析、研究的课题。在调查、研究的基础上,分析了学员队干部年轻化存在的问题,提出了综合考察、优化配置等对策。
