| Abstract: | Compared with traditional evidence, electronic evidence is causing problems for police border control intelligence sectors in confirming its probative force due to its special features and unreliability. This paper puts for- ward some measures according to the actual characteristics of electronic evidence and the working reality to prompt electronic evidence and boost its bigger development in police border control intelligence. |
