大型油罐区蒸气云爆炸事故多米诺效应研究

依据大型储罐区油罐结构及储存油品性质,分析初始事故带来的物理效应对邻近设备的影响,对由蒸气云爆炸引起的多米诺效应进行了研究,计算了二次设备的损坏概率;分析了多米诺场景,计算了多米诺事故的扩展概率,并根据多米诺事故的后果得到了个人风险和社会风险曲线.通过蒸气云爆炸事故多米诺效应评价,为提高大型储罐区的本质安全提供理论支持.

A Study on a Domino Effect of Vapor Cloud Explosions in a Large Petroleum Storage Tank District

In view of the tank structure and oil character in a large farm tank, the physical effect on neighboring de- vices was analyzed by the initial accident. In the paper, Domino effects caused by vapor cloud explosion were calcu- lated. Meanwhile, a probability analysis has been used for the assessment. The values of individual risk and societal risk were given on the basis of domino accidents results. The factors and propagation ways and enhancement of the accident were obtained on risk caused by a domino effect of vapor cloud explosions. Fire safety measures to avoid a domino effect were brought forward. Therefore, the practical preventive measures can be taken in order to prevent a domino effect accident, reduce a secondary disaster probability and improve the inherent safety of the large petroleum tank farm.
