| 摘 要： | 根据我国有顶步行商业街建筑或建筑群的建设和使用现状，研究有顶步行商业街的实际火灾危险性，针对防火设计方面存在的难点，对平面布置、顶棚构件、防火分隔、消防设施等设计要求进行了分析研究，并提出了防火设计措施。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a study of fire risk at a roofed commercial precinct in terms of the difficulties of fire designs of this kind, plane layouts, roofed components, fire compartmentations and fire prevention designs. Some measures are suggested in this paper. |
