| Abstract: | MOOC （ Massive Open Online Course） is a new type of modem distance education. On the basis ot elaborating the embedded values and advantages of MOOC, along with consideration of its educational thoughts and concepts, this article suggests that the positive application of MOOC are achieved by bettering the top - level design of vocational education of the Border Control Force, properly handling the supply - demand relationship between the individual and troop＇ s development, enhancing the autonomous learning ability of the servicemen, as well as strengthening the opening and sharing of military vocational education resources |
