| Abstract: | This paper analyzes＂6·3＂Fire accident,and ascertains where the responsibility lies. It uses the case to argue for the administrative law. According to the principle of equal rights and responsibilities in the administrative law,this paper analyzes the risk of accountability in fire supervision and the law enforcement. It discusses how to prevent from holding accountability. This paper defines the duty of fire supervision and the law enforcement which is of the importance. |
