| 摘 要： | 《出境入境管理法》对边检行政强制措施的种类、程序、救济等方面进行了规定,这些强制措施注重对相对人权利的保障,在实践运行中产生了积极效应。但不可否认,边检行政强制措施在具体设定方面还存在一些不足,给出了进一步完善的建议。

| Abstract: | Immigration law refers to the species,procedures,the relief and other aspects of the administrative compulsory measures concerning immigration,which attaches much importance to the protection of the rights of the relative person.Also it has some positive and negative effects in practice needing to be further improved. |
