| 摘 要： | 武警院校学员综合素质评价关系到学员身心的全面发展，也影响着院校教育教学质量的提高。当前，我国武警院校学员综合素质评价中主要存在评价观念陈旧、评价内容单一、评价方法片面、评价主体一元化等问题。需要通过评价观念现代化、评价内容综合化、评价方法多样化、评价主体多元化等理念和策略来解决这些问题。

| Abstract: | Armed police college students＇ comprehensive quality evaluation affects the improvement of teaching quality, more relates to the all - round development of students. Currently, the main problems of Chinese police colleges students＇ comprehensive quality assessment exists in the following： timeworn evaluation idea, the one -sided evaluation content and evaluation methods, single unified evaluation body from four aspects. Through modern evaluation concepts, comprehensive evaluation content, various evaluation methods and multiple evaluation body such ideas and strategies, we can solve these problems. |
