| 摘 要： | 消防行政执法违法行为不仅侵犯了消防行政相对人的合法权益,对我国消防行政法治建设也产生了不利影响.从消防行政执法违法责任的概念以及追究的必要性、应遵循的原则和追究实施四个方面进行论述,提出在消防行政执法违法追究中应做到“合法”、“合理”.
