| Abstract: | As the education reform of military schools of public security deepens, students＇ personality development has become a focus of this education reform. The importance and guiding principles for the development of students＇ personalities are discussed in this paper. And the study on practical approaches to promoting the development of students＇ personality is explored in the respects of optimizing the training model, innovating the management system and strengthening students＇ autonomous learning abilities. |
