地下车库变更为大型超市消防设计与审核

近年来，随着经济的不断发展，很多城市较大规模商业建筑中的地下车库往往被改建成大型超市。由于其用途性质的变更，尤其是大型超市人流量增加，火灾荷栽剧增，消防设计也必须作较大变更，才能符合消防安全要求。从实例着手，重点分析地下车库改建成大型超市时消防设计审核应注意的问题，提出类似建筑消防设计监督管理的基本方法和要求。

On the Fire Prevention Design and Check of Supermarkets Changed from Underground Parking Lots

With the development of economy, the underground parking lots of many large - scale commercial buildings in quite a few cities were reconstructed into supermarkets in recent years. However, considering the change of uses, especially the rise of customer flow and sharp increase of fire load in the supermarkets, fire control design must be optimized to meet the requirements for fire protection. This paper illustrates with cases and analyzes the matters that require special concern in the review of the fire control design of supermarkets that are constructed from basement car parks, and puts forward the basic methods and requirements for the supervision and management of the fire control design of similar constructions.
