| 摘 要： | 军事行政法基本原则是军事行政法的核心范畴，如何界定其概念，构建其体系，并探讨其与普通行政法相区别的特有原则及其具体内容，在军事法学界一直未有权威性定论。因此，研究上述问题对于完善军事行政法学学科体系及其内容无疑具有重要的理论意义。

How to define the concept and build its system？ What are the specific principles and their details distinguished with general administrative law？ In military law communities, there have not been authoritative conclusions. Therefore, researching those problems has undoubtedly an important theoretical significance to improve the disciplinary system of military administrative law and its contents. |
