| 摘 要： | 从出入境管理的角度，分析两岸人员往来管理工作的现状及存在的问题，提出海峡两岸出入境管理工作要适应当前出入境人员大进大出、快进快出的形势，简化出入境手续，切实保障海峡两岸“三通”的顺利进行，进而推动两岸的交流与合作。

| Abstract: | This article firstly analyzes the status quo and the problems with the cross -strait exit -entry administration work, and then proposes the countermeasures to solve the problem in order to adapt to the situation of the large and fast population flow between the Mainland and Taiwan, simplifying the exit and entry procedure to keep ＂the three transports＂ go smoothly and promotes exchanges and cooperations between the Mainland and Taiwan. |
