| 摘 要： | 翻译是一个复杂的语码转换过程。此过程会牵涉到译者和读者间的相互关系，他们之间的关系是统一的，缺一不可的。正确处理好这两者的关系，对于译事至关重要，还可以解决翻译中的许多问题。另外，翻译过程中，译者地位的重要性较突出，译者应加强自身素质的培养，以期译出更好、更受读者欢迎的文本。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the unification between translator and reader mainly from two aspects： 1. the importance of the reader for the translator, 2. the importance of the translator for the reader. A conclusion is drawn that the translator is the very important in translation and it suggests increasing the translator＇ s various abilities in translation. |
