| Abstract: | In information-based age, the social demands for the composition of young political cadres has changed silently. These changes include the ability for rational living, emotion-controlled, bias-conquered, friendly interchanging, trusting comrades, complimenting others, committing yourself to others in a proper attitude, grasping the opportunity, etc. It is positive realistic significance to pay attention to the delicate change in ability’s composing of youthful cadres worked on politics in information-based age. |
