新型塑料燃烧性能实验研究

摘    要:利用氧指数测定、热分析方法(DSC)、锥形量热仪和水平垂直燃烧以及空气中加热实验对几种新型材料进行了燃烧性能综合分析研究。实验表明,J-70℃、Jz-70℃久立、久立H-70℃、久立H-90℃、久立Hz-90℃、Hz-70℃材料氧指数普遍较高,有离火自熄性,燃烧性能较好,但燃烧时发烟量大,并释放出刺激性气体。锥形量热仪测试结果表明,相同辐射通量下,GFA5-20、GFA3-30和HzPS-492 JHJ热释放速率大,燃烧产烟量大,一氧化碳生成率在0.004kg/s左右的水平。

A Research into the Combusting Property of New Plastics

Abstract:The methods used in this research are Oxygen-index method,DSC method,cone calorimeter,horizontal and vertical specimens in contact with a small-flame ignition source method and Ma Fu furnace test to study the combusting property of some new plastics in this paper.The result of experiment shows that,such as J-70℃、Jz-70℃、H-70℃、H-90℃、Hz-90℃、Hz-70℃,their oxygen-index are high.They give out a lot of poison smoke and stimulant gases.The result of cone calorimeter test shows that,under the same external heat radiation level,such as GFA5-20、GFA3-30 and HzPS-492JHJ,Their heat release rate and total smoke release are high,The yield of CO is about 0.004kg/s.
