| 摘 要： | 抗战初期，晋察冀边区为解决财政困难、支持持久抗战，决定发行救国公债。边区政府制订了正确的政策，广大民众踊跃认购，是救国公债成功发行的主要原因。公债的成功发行，解决了边区财政困难，支持了持久抗战，为以后发行公债（国债）提供了借鉴。

A Study on Nation-saving Government Bonds Issued in Shanxi-Chahaer-Hebei Border Region during the Initial Stage of the War of Resistance |

| Abstract: | To solve the financial problems and support the protracted anti - Japanese war, Shanxi - Chahaer - Hebei Border Region decided to issue nation - saving government loan during the initial stage of the War. The nation - saving government bonds were issued successfully mainly because the government of the Border Region formulated the right policy and the broad masses of the people subscribed to that issue actively. The issue of the government loan solved the financial problems of the Border Region and supported the protracted war of resistance, hence providing useful experience and lessons for issuing public debt （government loan） later. |
