天津公安海警信息化建设之我见

随着公安边防斗争形势的日益复杂，海警部队的各项业务工作也日趋繁重，需要快速、安全准确的数据传输、灵便的指挥通信系统以及高度自动化的计算机处理系统。分析了天津边防总队海警支队信息化建设的现状，提出了加强该支队信息化建设的几点措施。

The View on Information Construction of Tianjin Coastal Guard Division

With the increasingly complex situation in border - control operations, the workload of the coastal guard is increasingly huge. Thus a fast and safe data transmission system, a flexible command communications system and a supermatic computer operation system become quite necessary. This paper analyzes the necessity of building the platform of the ＂digital policing＂ in the process of information construction of Tianjin coastal guard division, and discusses on how to strengthen the information construction of the division.
