| Abstract: | In view of the capital construction, this paper proposes a plan to gradually standardize capital construction verification and examination procedure, and to constantly a audit the whole course of the capital construction - the construction and the settlement, the final accounts to display the function of auditing supervision, achieving the efficiency and the order of the entire process of the capital construction. |
