| 摘 要： | 随着行政体制改革的深入,将公安消防机构部分技术监督职能转移到中介服务机构,有助于消防工作水平的整体提高。构想了消防服务中介机构的概念、业务范围、法律性质、设立条件、运行模式等,探讨了在运行中可能出现的问题及对策。
