| Abstract: | The Art of War by Sunzi is a masterpiece of martial intellectual achievement created in Spring and Autumn Period, which adopts military dialectical thingking as clue, involving fighting running the army, etc. The author mainly explores the military dialectical thought of Sunzi in drilling and bettering troops, running the army with and leading soldiers with heart, encouragement and punishment, with expectation that soldier-leaders can get some help and ideas from the essay. |
