| Abstract: | In this paper, we reviewed the historical trends of chemical and biological terrorism, and analyzed the reasons of mass-casualty terrorism booming, and assessed the probabilities of terrorist accessing to chemical and biological weapons, summarized corresponding respond strategies when mass-casualty terroristic attack happens. |
