| 摘 要： | 信息传递失真、制度创新的路径依赖、教育客体趋利本能被忽视,导致部队思想政治教育的低绩效现象。改善思想政治教育条件、增强教育主体的素质、关注教育客体的个体需要、增强教育主客体之间的互动是解决思想政治教育低绩效现象的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The information transmitting distortion, the path dependence of system innovation and the neglect of profiting tendency of education objects, result in the inefficiency phenomenon of ideological work with troops. The effective way to improve it must to improve the condition of the ideological work, enhance the quality of educators, pay attention to the personal need of education objects and strengthen the interaction between educators and education objects. |
