酚类阻燃剂处理红松的热解特性研究

摘    要:用实验方法研究了酚类阻燃剂对红松的阻燃作用。用苯酚、对硝基苯酚、对氨基苯酚三种阻燃剂配成的3种同种浓度的阻燃剂溶液浸泡红松木粉,干燥后,利用热重分析技术,研究了阻燃与未阻燃红松木粉的热解特性。研究结果表明,酚类阻燃剂能降低木粉热解速率,推迟剧烈燃烧开始的时间,减小热解的剧烈程度和热解可燃气体的产生量,促进木材的脱水炭化,使热解产生的碳化物增多。

Abstract:The fire retarding effect of phenolic flame-retardants on Korean pine wood was studied experimentally.The Korean pine wood samples were prepared by steeping them in 3 kinds of flame retardant solutions with same concentration of phenol,p-nitrophenol,p-aminophenol for a specific period of time.After dried,the pyrolysis characteristics of the Korean pine wood and its flame-retardant samples were studied through TGA method.The results indicate that the flame-retardants can slow down the pyrolysis rate of the wood,postpone the initial time of intense burning,reduce the pyrolysis intensity as well as the quantity of combustible gases,and enhance dehydration and carbonization of the wood,resulting in more remaining char.
