两种典型油品油罐火灾扑救模拟试验研究

摘    要:用一种由膨胀珍珠岩材料做成的直径分别为2.3cm、3.0cm和3.7cm球状隔热浮子,对两种油品油罐火灾进行扑救模拟试验。研究结果表明,对于低闪点油罐火灾的灭火效果差,而对于高闪点的油罐火灾,隔热浮子覆盖油液表面,能够减少上面高温火焰对油液面的传热,进一步减弱油液面的蒸发,灭火效果好。

Abstract:In this paper,simulating experiment has been done by putting out two type oil tank fires with adiabatic floaters made of expanded perlite,the diameter of adiabatic floaters is 2.3cm,3.0cm and 3.7cm respectively.The result shows: it is invalid for putting out the lower flash point oil tank fires;but it is effective for putting out the higher flash point oil tank fires,because the adiabatic floaters can float in the surface of the oil tank,it reduces the heat transfer from high-temperature flame to the surface of the oil,and weaken the evaporation of the surface of the oil.
