| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国与建筑外保温系统有关的火灾事故频发,引起了社会对建筑外保温系统及外保温材料防火问题的高度关注。在对常见建筑外保温材料的性能特点及外保温系统的做法进行归纳总结的基础上,分析了相关火灾危险性;针对存在的消防安全问题,从完善法规体系、促进新技术应用、加强政府监管、整治现有火灾隐患以及应急救援准备等方面提出了加强建筑外保温系统消防工作的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years highly attention has been focused on fire safety of external thermal insulation composite systems（ETICS） for buildings due to a series of fires from ETICS in China.The fire hazards of external thermal insulation materials and ETICS are analyzed based on summarizing the performance of various popular external thermal insulation materials and different types of ETICS.Suggestions are put forward on improving law system,advancing application of new technology,enhancing supervision and management of government,correcting existing potential fire hazard and so on to resolve the issues on fire safety of ETICS. |
