| Abstract: | Police culture theory defines and elaborates police work and police culture practice in theory.Police culture accompanied by police culture theory is thriving vigorously,increasingly showing its creative and innovative spirit and profoundly lifting police work and personnel qualities.Soft power,a highly concerned topic,is a new kind of police force and an important part of police overall capacity.Hence,it is doubtedless that enhancing the soft power of police culture will increase the popularity of police culture and promote its development. |
