| Abstract: | With the rapid change in China, the criminal law on the fire accidents offense has become increasingly inadequate and urgently needs revising. This paper examines the fire civil liability in a unique perspective and makes a detailed analysis of the existing problems, and puts forwards some suggestions to revise in terms of necessity, usefulness and feasibility. |
