| 摘 要： | 在建高层建筑由于建设工期长、消防设施安装不到位、各方监管不到位等诸多原因,一旦发生火灾扑救难度大,容易造成较大的经济损失和社会影响。通过调查发现,多数高层建筑施工现场均未制定切实可行的火灾应急预案。结合在建高层建筑火灾事故教训,对在建高层建筑工程施工现场火灾应急预案的制定、管理做一些探讨。

| Abstract: | It is difficult to put out a fire in a high building being built because of poor fire-fighting equipment and fire supervisions.This kind of fire accident is prone to cause big economic losses and negative social impact.The investigation shows that there is a lack of fire-fighting pre-planning with many such buildings being built.This paper offers some suggestions about how to make such a fire-fighting pre-planning. |
