| 摘 要： | 由于老年公寓这类建筑内疏散人员的特殊性,导致对建筑的防火安全设计提出了较高的要求。针对老年公寓建筑火灾的特点,采用工程计算和火灾模拟相结合的方法,对某老年公寓在火灾中人员安全疏散的可靠性进行评估,并对存在问题提出了建议。

| Abstract: | More requirements of fire prevention designs are needed because of the particularity of evacuation of the people in a building for the aged.In light of fire characteristics of an apartments for the aged,the reliability of safety evacuation in case of an apartment fire was analyzed,based on the engineering calculation method and fire simulation techniques,and then some suggestions were made aiming at the existing problems. |
