| 摘 要： | 有关法规未明确公安派出所的消防行政执法权限,这在一定程度上影响了公安派出所的消防监督工作。论述了赋予公安派出所消防执法处罚权限的必要性,分析了赋予公安派出所消防执法权限应注意的问题,提出应全面规范公安派出所消防执法处罚权限,以充分发挥其消防监督作用,预防和减少火灾事故的发生。

| Abstract: | The competence of fire administrative penalty given to police stations is not clearly defined in the regulations regarding this respect,which limits the fire supervision of police stations.This paper explains the need to authorize the competence of this penalty and analyzes the issues needed to be solved and defines the competence clearly to exert the functions of police stations in fire supervision. |
