| Abstract: | The procedure, method, stamp and all kinds of factors for establishing the preplan are expounded in making chemical accident emergency rescue preplan for fire department; the drilling procedure, method for the preplan and all problems that should be paid attention to during drilling the preplan are put forward under different conditions. |
