| Abstract: | Significant difference exists between the management of post-graduate students and that of other regular schools of higher learning.Therefore,to identify the exact characteristics of the postgraduates in police institutions,probe into the main factors that influence the efficient management of those postgraduates and explore the effective methods have become a key breakthrough for the scientific management and carries an immediate significance to raise the quality and level of postgraduate training in police colleges. |
