| 摘 要： | 恐怖活动往往导致公众的巨大心理恐惧效应,极易造成一定程度甚至是大规模的社会恐慌,严重影响社会稳定。因此,降低公众对恐怖袭击活动的心理恐惧效应、提高其心理承受能力,对恐怖活动发生时维护社会稳定具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Terrorist attacks usually induce a great public phobia, a certain extent social panic and so much as a large-scale social panic with seriously effect social stability. Reducing public phobia fear and elevating adaptability play an important role in maintaining social stability when facing terrorist. In this paper, we have analyzed public phobia, discussed the impact on social stability, and brought forward the measures and countermeasures of elevating public adaptability when facing terrorist attacks, so as to effectively deal with terrorist attacks and further maintain social stability. |
