| Abstract: | As the logical starting point of military legal system and ruling army by law, the techniques of military legislation is the methods and skill aiming to scientific legislation used by the legislators. It includes the techniques of calculating, deciding, structure - building and language - conveying in the process of lawmaking. The article analy- ses the military legislation technology from a new angle on the aspects of its conception, the relationship between it and common legislation techniques and the basic rules it must obey. |
