| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术、网络技术的发展和应用 ,高校科研信息资料管理应尽快由信息管理向知识管理转变 ,并在建立具有自身科研特色的信息资料库 ,利用互联网信息资源建设“虚拟信息资料库” ,跟踪科研课题服务 ,为科研人员撰写论文进行专题服务等方面充分发挥作用 ,使之具体服务于科研 ,以便提高服务质量和服务效益
