| 摘 要： | 人的行为一旦进入某一路径,就可能对这种路径产生依赖,并在以后的发展中得到自我强化。好的路径会起到正反馈的作用,坏的路径会起到负反馈的作用。部队思想政治工作通过说服性沟通,引导官兵建立正确的路径依赖,纠正错误的路径依赖。

| Abstract: | Once human behavior enters into a certain path,human behavior will depends on this path and will be self-reinforced in future development.Good path will have positive feedback effect and bad path will have negative feedback effect.The force ideology political work will instruct soldiers to found proper path-dependence and correct improper path-dependence through persuasive communication. |
