| 摘 要： | 从认识以战斗力标准加强军队党委建设的重要性和紧迫性入手,分析了当前以战斗力标准加强军队党委建设存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了牢固确立以战斗力标准加强军队党委建设的理念,健全完善以战斗力标准加强党委建设的制度机制,坚持以战斗力标准加强和改进党委的作风建设。
