| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会、建设创新型国家需要大批创新人才。公安边防消防警卫部队建设、武警学院的可持续快速发展同样需要大批创新人才。武警学院必须大力培养学生的创新意识、创新思维、创新能力、创新人格,不断提高人才培养质量,才能更好地满足部队建设与发展的需要。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of creative individuals meets the demand of constructing the harmonious community of our socialism and building the creative country.At the same time,it is the stringent demand of the sustainable development of police active duty army and our academy.Accordingly,our academy must energetically cultivate students' creative consciousnesses,thoughts,abilities and personalities,and continuously improve the quality of creative individuals,for the sake of meeting the demand of our army's development. |
