| 摘 要： | 消防部队在灭火救援过程中不可避免地会与遇险当事人产生矛盾和冲突，分析了消防部队在灭火救援中与遇险当事人产生纠纷的原因及表现，提出了缓解矛盾和纠纷，避免事态恶化的方法。

This paper discusses various tasks including putting out a fire, dealing with other disasters, and public aids. The paper also discusses how these contradictions arises and how to solve these problems. |
