| Abstract: | It is part of advancing public security work to create harmonious relationships between the public and police departments. The successful creation of this relationship lies in the implementation of disciplines and laws based on ＂three creations＂; the breakthrough of creating this relationship is by means of technology aiming at establishing three platforms; the key work concerned is to address the problems in order to improve three aspects of security work. |
