为了适应社会发展和消防队伍建设的需要,建立消防职业技能鉴定机构是迫在眉睫的一项重要工作。改革、完善现有岗位工种的设置和资格认证是当务之急。应建立相应培训基地,建立和健全资格认证制度,完善消防从业政策,使各从事消防岗位工作的人员持证上岗,从而提高消防工作的质量,最大限度减少火灾损失。
