| 摘 要： | 针对当前消防监督工作任务重,消防监督人员少的现状,随着公安部73号令的发布实施,本文就有效利用公安派出所这一巨大资源开展消防监督工作的重大意义及其开展消防监督执法的法律关系进行了分析,并对如何进一步加强和改进公安派出所开展消防监督工作提出了措施。
