摘    要:人才素质是一种内在化的促使人全面发展的能力 ,人文精神的内隐性蕴含在学科知识体系之中。只有向学生进行内化和渗透、熏陶和感染才能使学生受到素质教育 ,因而人文精神在提升人才素质中有其独特的作用。随着知识经济时代的到来 ,已形成科学社会化与社会科学化的社会形态 ,任何重大问题的解决都需要科学与人文相结合。基础课具备的科学教育与人文教育融合的优势 ,在人文精神的培育方面 ,能产生出特有的功效和价值

Abstract:The quality of intellectuals is an internalized ability to develop a human being himself, the characteristics of which is covert. This quality is rooted deeply in knowledge through which students are internalized and cultivated. Therefore, humanism is unique in improving the humane quality. With the coming age of knowledge economy, science-socialized pattern have been formed. The settlement of any significant social problem involves the science and humanism which characterizes the teaching of general courses that is combination of the scientific and humane education resulting in the good effects in the field of the development of humanism.
