| Abstract: | Military men are entitled to varieties of legal rights. The protection of these rights is good traditions of the society and state. It is essential for the security of the sovereign state and its defense, and for the governing of forces by law. It is required that the state and society protect the military men's legal rights by legislation, administration and legal ways. |
